Ticket Sales
Tickets may only be purchased online. Customers should go to www.blewburyplayers.co.uk and follow the link to buy tickets. Queries regarding the online booking process can be sent by email to bpboxofficehelp@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours. We will not issue paper tickets. Purchased tickets will be sent electronically via an order confirmation email. It is possible to print them at home if you wish. Please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if there is a mistake. You must bring your tickets to the venue, in whichever format you prefer. A valid ticket is required for every audience member regardless of age. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time we accept your payment. We reserve the right to provide an alternative seat to that specified on the ticket. We also reserve the right to refuse to sell tickets to anyone we believe to be purchasing for the purposes of resale. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain. To do so will render tickets void and the holder will be refused entry.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded except in the case of a cancelled performance. In the case of cancellation only the face value of your ticket is refundable. In any event, personal arrangements relating to the event, including travel, are at your own risk and not refundable by us. We can accept tickets for resale but we will only attempt to resell them once a performance is sold out and cannot guarantee that they will be resold.
At the Venue
The management reserves the right to refuse ticket holders admission to the theatre in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety, licensing reasons or where a ticket is void. The management also reserves the right to request ticket holders to leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. You must comply with the instructions and directions given by the Front of House team. The venue opens at 7.00pm prior to all 7.30pm performances and at 2.00pm prior to the matinee performance at 2.30pm. Please refrain from bringing your own drink as we would like you to support the bar. In accordance with licensing regulations, you must be over the age of 18 to purchase and/or consume alcohol. You may be asked for proof of ID if you appear to be under the age of 21. Off-sales are not permitted. We are not liable for any loss, theft or damage of your personal belongings, other than that caused as a result of our negligence.
Latecomers
We cannot guarantee that latecomers will be admitted. We will endeavour to admit them at a suitable point.
The Performances
Smoking, vaping and the use of cameras, recording equipment and mobile phones are not permitted in the venue. We reserve the right to refuse admission at our discretion and to make changes to the advertised programme owing to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Ticket-holders consent to their being filmed and photographed for publicity and broadcast purposes.
