The Weather at The Summer Play
The auditorium and stage are completely uncovered. We will make every effort to complete the performance but reserve the right to stop and start the action as necessary. Performances are never cancelled or abandoned before the advertised starting time and at that time only in the event of persistent very bad weather. If cancellation or abandonment of the play early in the performance, due to weather, is unavoidable, a “rain-check” may be given at the sole discretion of The Blewbury Players Trustees. These must be retained and presented at the Box Office if ticket holders wish to exchange these for equivalent seats at any other performance at any time in the future, but subject to availability.
Refunds are not given for cancellation or abandonment as a result of the weather.
